Our Process
STEP 1
To get started with your custom home, ADU, or home addition, Request a project consultation online or by phone.
STEP 2
We will meet with you at your home or building site and work with you to establish project requirements, a budget, and a timeline.
STEP 3
We will manage the entire construction project — including adhering to local regulations and obtaining all permits — on time and on budget and will do our best to make the process enjoyable for you.
STEP 4
The construction site is inspected and any deficiencies are corrected.
STEP 5
Documents and occupancy permit are handed over and the project is complete.
